Can't complete email change because I can't access my old email.

If, for some reason, you no longer have access to your current registration email address and cannot complete the email change procedure, follow the steps below to request your email to be changed.

1. In such cases you will need to contact support team by filling out our contact form.
2. In the body of your request include your current registration email, the new registration email you want and your registration code or registration link.
3. Your registration code is located under the "Preferences" page.
